United's Executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward and manager José Mourinho are hoping the French midfielder will complete his 120M€, five-year move to Old Trafford today.

Pogba saga almost at an end

Paul Pogba is expected to complete a world transfer record move to Manchester United on Wednesday, now that his holidays (he spent the summer in the United States) are officially at an end. The French midfielder will join his agent Mino Raiola at Old Trafford to sign a five-year contract with United.

Following several months in which Pogba has oscillated between a proposed move to Real Madrid or United, it was the English side who came up with the funds to meet Juventus' huge transfer demands - 110 million euros - an unprecedented figure in world football.

Pogba will earn 20 million euros per year, while his agent Mino Raiola will pocket almost 24 million euros in commission.
