Spain defend their European Championships crown this summer in France at Euro 2016, looking to win three in a row, having won the title in 2008 (Austria and Switzerland) and 2012 (Poland and Ukraine).
They may have relinquished their hold on the World Cup in disastrous fashion in Brazil in 2014, but they are still seen as one of the favourites for the Euro 2016 title.
Here are the vital stats of the Spain campaign.
Spain play in Group D
Spain are in Group D, lined up against the Czech Republic, Turkey and Croatia. Del Bosque’s men kick off the defence of their title on 13 June 2016, against the Czech Republic in Toulouse (Stadium de Toulouse).
Spanish base camp
Spain have chosen a tranquil, secluded spot for their base camp for the Euro 2016 campaign, at the Hotel Atlante Relais Thalasso & Spa, a four star resort on the Île de Ré, an island off the west coast of France (but connected by bridge to the mainland).
While staying at the hotel guarantees seclusion, it does mean somewhat lengthy travel to the group matches in Toulouse (v Czech Republic) and Nice (Turkey), though Bordeaux (vs Croatia) is fairly close, at just over a two hour drive.
Spain will be using the the compact Saint-Martin de Ré stadium, a new installation created in 2013 and with a capacity for 600 spectators as their training pitch.
Del Bosque announced his final squad on Tueday, 31 May, just before the UEFA deadline.
The players who have been with Del Bosque from the start of the campaign:
Bellerín (Arsenal); San José (Athletic); Azpilicueta (Chelsea); Bartra (Barcelona); Bruno (Villarreal); Fabregas (Chelsea); Silva (Manchester City); Pedro (Chelsea); Aduriz (Athletic); Nolito (Celta)
Arrived on Saturday 28 May:
Casillas (Porto); De Gea (Manchester United); S. Rico (Sevilla); Piqué (Barcelona); Jordi Alba (Barcelona); Busquets (Barcelona); Thiago (Bayern); Iniesta (Barcelona); Morata (Juventus)

1/6/2016 Spain - South Korea
7/6/2016 Spain - Georgia
Group Stage 2016
Here are the three group matches Spain have scheduled at Euro 2016:
13/6/2016 Spain - Czech Republic 3pm
17/6/2016 Spain - Turkey 9pm
21/6/2016 Spain - Croatia 9pm
Were Spain to make it through that and the knock-out matches, they'd take their place to defend their title in the final in Paris on 10 July.
