Dani Alves to join Juve after Barça departure confirmed
The full-back leaves Barcelona after eight years, with Juventus to announce a deal when the Brazil man returns from the Copa América.
Dani Alves has confirmed that he is to leave Barcelona, with the Brazilian agreeing to join Juventus on a two-year contract.
The 33-year-old's Juve deal also features the option of extending his commitment to the Bianconeri for a third season.
Alves is currently on international duty with Brazil as the Seleçao prepare for the Copa América, which gets underway in the USA on 3 June.
Move finalised subject to medical
Juventus are expected to announce Alves' transfer once he completes a medical, which he will undergo on his return from the tournament.
Alves, whose purchase was expressly requested by Juve coach Massimiliano Allegri, departs Barcelona on a free after eight years at the Camp Nou.
Eight trophy-laden seasons at Barcelona
He made 391 appearances for Los Azulgranas, scoring 21 goals, and won a host of trophies including six LaLiga titles, four Copas del Rey and three Champions Leagues.
