Jordi Alba has returned to Spain and Julen Lopetegui has brought in Arsenal's Nacho Monreal as a replacement for the full-back who picked up a muscular injury in last night's World Cup qualifier against Italy.

The Barcelona defender had to quit the field on 22 minutes after suffering an injury to his left hamstring.

Saúl not ruled out

But Saúl will make the trip to Albania for Sunday's game. The midfielder, who has been experiencing fitness problems, has not been ruled out for the Albania meeting.
