In the 74th minute of Manchester City's Champions League match against Barcelona the ball appeared to hit Agüero's arm before flying to Gundogan who scored.

Barcelona players protested furiously to referee Viktor Kasai in the 74th minute of Tuesday's Champions League match against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium after Kun Agüero appeared to handle the ball in the build up to Gundogan scoring Pep Guardiola's side's third goal.

Agüero appeared to handle his assist

In a move started by Agüero, Jesús Navas crossed from the right wing towards the Argentinean, who threw himself at the ball, which appeared to hit his right arm as he fell in the box. The ball rebounded off Agüero and landed at the feet of an unmarked Gundogan, who had a simple task to fire home past Ter Stegen.

Both the keeper, Mascherano and Busquets sprinted to the referee to protest about the handball but ref Kasai gave the goal. Busquets was booked for his complaints.
