Fernando Morientes was asked who Real Madrid miss more: Gareth Bale or Toni Kroo. He said that they will miss the Welsh man more. He says the fact that Barcelona take a risk by playing high up the field and jeopradise their defense means that "players [like Bale] that can run into space in those games are very important."

Casillas goes for a 1-2 Real Madrid win

Iker Casillas spent 16 years playing for Real Madrid and played in 37 Clásicos in that time. During a Twitter Q&A session with Michel, Casillas asked the former Real Madrid player what the score would be and asked him if he would be interested in a joint bet with the result being 1-2 to Real Madrid.

Mascherano confident

Javier Masheracno believes that making up six point on Real Madrid, starting with victory on Saturday, is "totally achievable". A win on Saturday would cut the gap to three points and with another Clásico in the new year and despite Barcelona's recent struggles, he might have a point.

Little faith in Luis Enrique

According to a poll carried out by Forza Football, Luis Enrique has lost a great chunk of the confidence in him. The 80% confidence in August has dwindled to 65%, according to the results. Another loss on Saturday might see that number crumble to an all-time low.

Alcácer on his poor luck

Paco Alcácer's summer transfer from Valencia has been an utter disaster with the striker failing to score in 10 games with the club. He prepares for his first Clásico without scoring for the club. "I know that a lot of the talk is about me and the goal, bad luck or not, it's just not going in."
