Valencia have finally announced the signing of Simone Zaza from Juventus on loan until the end of the season according to the club's official website.
The club had previously flirted with signing the striker but after much toing and froing, they have landed a player at a problematic position for the club. Cesare Prandelli left the club on the back of some of the confusion surrounding Zaza's arrival and within a number of weeks Jesus Garcia Pitarch, the club's Sporting Director, had handed in his resignation due to seemingly unending criticism of his work. The club released a statement about their woes and the move for Zaza might appease some concern, which will be helped with a win over Espanyol on Sunday.
Good news in bad times
