Ahmet Bulut, Arda Turan's agent was questioned regarding interest from Inter Milan and Arsenal for his client but he was quick to shut down any talk of a possible deal: "Arda is going to continue at Barcelona. He has no other plans and he is very happy there," Bulut explained.
The problem is, the decision might not be just Turan's decision. He has no intention to evaluate the offers from the various clubs but Barcelona have been linked with Theo Hernandez, Marco Veratti, Hector Bellerin and Philippe Coutinho and will need to clear out some of their squad to make room both physically and financially.
Turan has a contract until 2020 but is 30 and has only played two of Barcelona's last 14 games with an injury and lack of fitness. He has not solidified himself as a wide midfield option when Neymar or Messi need rest as Barcelona had hoped and has become an expendable player at a club looking into a summer of uncertainty.
