Sevilla remain on the search for a striker to beef up their attacking options ahead of next season and the latest name to be added to the Andalusian club’s list of targets is Lukasz Teodorczyk, the Anderlecht front man who notched 30 goals for the Belgian champions in 53 games last season.
Sevilla’s interest in the Poland international is not new and the Liga club have been tracking his progress for some time. With Luciano Vietto’s loan deal due to end and Vitolo linked with a move to Atlético alongside his teammate there are question marks over Sevilla’s strike force for next season.
Stevan Jovetic has impressed on loan from Inter but Sevilla will face competition for his signature despite possessing a 14-million-euro purchase option on the Montenegro forward.
Liverpool and Everton also interested
However, Sevilla face competition for Teodorczyk from Liverpool and Everton for the striker’s signature, given that the prolific Pole is valued at around 10 million euros by Anderlecht, a tempting sum for a proven goal scorer.
