Russian Premier League outfit Zenit Saint Petersburg are closing in on the signing of forward Munir El Haddadi from Barcelona, according to the Catalunya Radio programme 'Tot Costa'.
Munir spent last season on loan at fellow LaLiga side Valencia, scoring six goals in 33 league appearances as Los Che finished 12th in the Spanish top flight.
But with Valencia showing no interest in extending his temporary deal or making it permanent, Barça have explored other possible destinations for the 21-year-old.
Zenit head coach Mancini keen on Munir
'Tot Costa' says new Zenit boss Roberto Mancini has urged the club to bring in Munir, with the Russians ready to get close to Barça's 20m-euro asking price.
