Zinedine Zidane and Real Madrid travel to a stadium they have never won in on Tuesday night when they play Borussia Dortmund, the current Bundesliga leaders, at Signal Iduna Park. Peter Bosz side lost their first game to Tottenham Hotspur and need a win for fear of slipping further behind in what might be described as the group of death.
There are few changes for Real Madrid but Dortmund have changed things up from their recent Bundesliga outings. Here's the team news.
Peter Bosz has opted for that little bit more experience at left-back and gone for Jeremy Toljan instead of Dan-Axel Zagadou, who has lined out in that position more frequently than anyone in the league this season.
Andriy Yarmolenko starts in place of Christian Pulisic and former Real Madrid man Nuri Sahin comes in in place of Julian Weigl at the base of midfield.
Dortmund starting line-up: Bürki; Piszczek, Sokratis, Toprak, Toljan; Götze, Sahin, Castro; Yarmalenko, Aubameyang, Philipp.
Zidane has few options at the back and has slotted Nacho in to play left-back in place of Marcelo with Theo Hernandez also missing.
Meanwhile, at the top of the park, Gareth Bale, Cristiano Ronaldo and Isco make up the front three with Marco Asensio missing out on a starting berth having gone somewhat cold in recent weeks despite a blistering start to the season in the Spanish Super Cup.
The French manager can also rely on Kroos, Modric and Casemiro in the middle as he looks to keep control of the top spot and bring that air of invincibility back to the side.
