Real Madrid received a guest at Valdebebas on Thursday morning in the form of David Trezeguet.
World Cup winners Zidane and Trezeguet reunite
The 1998 World Cup winner with France was visiting Zinedine Zidane, his team-mate with Les Bleus and Juventus.
After the training session and a chat with Zidane, Trezeguet spoke to Real Madrid's media channels.
The 40-year-old, who was born in France but raised in Argentina, praised Real Madrid as "the strong club in the world in recent years".
'Zidane transmits enthusiasm'
"Zidane has shown everyone his qualities as a coach," he added, "he has managed to transmit a lot of enthusiasm to this group. For other teams, that serves to keep them improving, and trying to reach the level that Real Madrid have at the moment. They're the team to beat."
