Mengotti also played for both teams. Between seasons 21/23 and 25/26 he wore the white shirt and then moved to the 'Rojiblanco' side where he played just one season, the 24/25 campaign.

Ordoñez wore Atlético's jersey from 1928 to 1930. After that, he moved to Real Madrid before the 1932-1933 season and then he finally came back to Atlético the following season (1934-1935).

Ipiña played just one season as a 'rojiblanco' player (1935-1936). Between 1939 and 1949 he played in the Real Madrid white.

The most well-known case! Hugo Sánchez played for 'Los Colchoneros' between 1981 and 1985 but then he moved to the Bernabéu where he played between 1985 and 1992.

Paco Llorente, Marcos Llorente's father, played for Atlético between 1985 and 1987 and then he moved to Real Madrid where he played until 1994.

Bernd Schuster

The German midfielder arrived at Real Madrid in 1988 when he finished his contract with FC Barcelona. Two years later, Schuster moved to Atlético.

Solari played for Real Madrid between 2000 and 2005 and for Atlético between 1998 and 2000.
