ICYMI: Flamengo's Lincoln is the latest Brazil Under-17 starlet in line for a move to LaLiga, with Atlético Madrid understood to be in talks over a deal for the forward...

There's no getting away from it: creative new-signing announcements are a Thing. Having completed a deal to buy Argentine striker Maximiliano Romero from Vélez Sarsfield today, this is PSV Eindhoven's contribution to the craze:

On an El Clásico-related note, we've been poring over the figures provided by football stats gurus and calculated that an eye-watering 983 million euros of talent will line up at the Bernabéu on Saturday lunchtime. Barring any curveballs in their team selections, Zinedine Zidane will send out a Real Madrid side with a market value of 503 million, with Ernesto Valverde's expected XI not that far behind on 480 million. Blimey.

Atlético Madrid, who were today in talks with Flamengo over Brazilian starlet Lincoln, are reported to be chasing another 17-year-old talent in the shape of Francisco Trincão, who plays for Sporting Braga and has already been capped by Portugal's Under-19s. Desporto ao Minuto says that Atlético would be likely to have themselves a deal for the winger were they to stump up a fee somewhere between seven and 12 million euros.

Bayern Munich have been busy today: fresh from confirming the signing of striker Sandro Wagner from Hoffenheim, the Bavarian giants have also announced that winger Kingsley Coman has extended his contract at the Allianz Arena until 2023:

Future Real Madrid player Vinicius Junior arrived in the Spanish capital yesterday and was taken to De María restaurant, close to the Bernabéu and a former popular haunt of one Alfredo Di Stéfano... here's the video of Vinicius' first night in Madrid:

Carlos Vela played his final game for Real Sociedad last night and it was a fitting end to his six years in San Sebastián - he hit the winning goal in the final minute of the game against Sevilla to send a packed Anoeta wild with delight. Vela is off to join Los Angeles FC, this is what he had to say in his final press conference at Anoeta.

Atlético Madrid have been in talks today for Brazil Under-17 starlet Lincoln, AS has learned:

Real Madrid have snapped up a youngster for the academy, none other than Athletic Bilbao legend Julen Guerrero's son.

Lucas Moura could be joining LaLiga during the course of the January window with Real Betis looking for a six-month loan of the Brazilian. The winger is struggling to get pitch time under Unai Emery - there is a fair bit of competition in Paris for those forward positions - and, according to Telefoot in France, this could see the player consider options early in the new year. One stumbling block is that Moura may consider Betis below his play-grade.

LaLiga has a new manager in place with Paco Jémez being officially appointed as the new Las Palmas coach. Good luck Paco!

In other tabloid news, another London side, Chelsea, are sniffing around Monaco's Thomas Lemar (who isn't?) and Everton's Ross Barkley.

Rumours are rife and English tabloid The Daily Express are reporting that PSG are going to fill a baguette stuffed with nearly 30 million euros and send it to The Emirates hoping that they will stuff Alexis Sanchez onto a plane in the opposite direction. Could demand for the player from Europe's big spenders (Man City also interested) result in Arsenal getting some decent cash now rather than nothing in the summer?

First up today, some breaking news from the Bundesliga. Bayern Munich add Sandro Wagner back to their ranks after a decade away. He signs from Hoffenhein on a deal that takes him to 2020.
