Everything else is as expected with Nacho replacing the suspended Dani Carvajal at right-back. Bale has been in and out of the team due to injuries this season but has been excellent when relied upon and available. He was rested against Real Sociedad at the weekend with many suggesting that this was a clear sign that he would start on Wednesday.
Zinedine Zidane was asked if he might play Kovacic to stop Neymar but he laughed it off saying, "I need to keep some things for myself". Turns out he was plotting something.
