Dates and times confirmed for gameweek 28 of LaLiga 2017/18

Girona and Depor kick off the gameweek as Eibar welcome Real Madrid and Barcelona travel to Málaga and Alavés versus Real Betis rounds up the action.

LaLiga have announced the schedule for matchday 28 that will begin on Friday the 9th of March and will run through until Monday the 12th.

That Friday night game will involved Girona and Deportivo la Coruña at Montilivi and will be a decisive game for Clarence Seedorf in his efforts to stave off relegation for his newly-inherited side.

Saturday kicks off with a bang with Eibar playing against Real Madrid at the Ipurua, a European battle provided Jose Mendilibar's side continue their excellent form. Another battle for Europe kicks off at 16:15 with Sevilla playing Valencia at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan. Getafe will play Levante at 18:30 in Madrid before Barcelona travel to Málaga with kick-off at 20:45. They lost the same fixture last year, which ultimately cost them the league title.

Sunday sees us kick off at 12:00 with Espanyol against Real Sociedad in a relegation six-pointer before Atlético Madrid welcome Celta Vigo at 16:15. At 18:30 it will be the yellow battle as Las Palmas play Villarreal before Leganes travel to San Mames to play Athletic Bilbao.

On Monday, Alavés will play Betis to finish off the gameweek at 21:00.
