AS.com readers want Isco & Asensio to start over Benzema & Bale

17.439 online readers participated in a survey voting for who they wanted to see in their ideal Real Madrid starting XI in Turin.

AS.com readers have expressed their opinion and made it clear that they would prefer to see Isco and Marco Asensio partner Cristiano and start tonight's game in Turin against Juventus in the quarter final first leg at the Allianz Stadium. 17.439 readers participated in the online survey and the pair were preferred ahead of traditional starters Benzema and Gareth Bale.

Asked about the ideal starting XI for Zidane in Turin, the same starting lineup was selected as played in Cardiff with the exception being Asensio in place of the French striker. The final result was an ideal line-up of: Keylor Navas; Carvajal, Varane, Ramos, Marcelo; Casemiro, Modric, Kroos; Isco, Cristiano and Asensio.

In yesterday's pre-match press conference the French coach offered little in terms of clues as to what his starting formation and team would be but we would not be surprised to see the following line-up take to the field tonight at the Allianz Stadium in Turin: Keylor, Carvajal, Varane, Ramos, Marcelo, Casemiro, Modric, Kroos, Cristiano and Benzema.
