Antoine Griezmann and Diego Costa start in attack for Diego Simeone's side, while Dimitri Payet is passed fit to play for Marseille.

Dimitri Payet and Ángel Correa will feature for Marseille and Atlético Madrid respectively in the Europa League final in Lyon.

Marseille team news

Dimitri Payet  recovers from a knock to line up alongside in-form attacking midfielder Florian Thauvin, who has emerged as a target for Atleti according to reports in the French press.

Luis Gustavo drops back to play alongside Adil Rami in the heart of the Marseille defence.

Marseille XI: Mandanda; Sarr, Rami, Gustavo, Amavi; Anguissa, Sanson; Thauvin, Payet, Ocampos; Germain.

Subs: Pelé, Sakai, Kamara, Rolando, Mitroglou, Njie, López.

Atlético Madrid team news

Much of the Atleti team picks itself, given how few players Diego Simeone has at his disposal. The absence of Thomas Partey in the centre of midfield may raise a few eyebrows, although it is understandable that Simeone has opted for Gabi's experience.

Vitolo faced a race for fitness and does not form part of the starting line-up, with Correa and Koke playing on the flanks. Antoine Griezmann starts alongside Diego Costa in attack.

Simeone is banned from the touchline after hurling abuse at the referee during the semi-final first leg against Arsenal. His assistant, Germán Burgos, will prowl the dugout in his absence.

Atlético Madrid XI: Oblak; Vrsaljko, Giménez, Godín, Hernández; Correa, Saúl, Gabi, Koke; Diego Costa, Griezmann.

Subs: Werner, Filipe Luis, Partey, Torres, Savic, Juanfran, Gameiro.
