Sweden, who are in Mexico's group, along with Senegal have zero players representating their national league.
Mexico's national team will played with 65.2% of their players plying their trade outside of LigaMX. That is lower than 22 countries in the tournament. Germany have 34.8% of their team made up of 'outsiders' and England are the only team with 0% made up of players who play outside of the Premier League.
Other countries with low percentages of 'outsiders' in their team are Russia, the hosts, with 8.7% and Saudi Arabia at 13%.
