After the mild uproar caused by Malcom's signing with Barcelona despite being very close to a deal with AS Roma, the Italian club are still not letting go. They have added Francisco Calvo as their Chief Revenue Officer after he spent the last three years in the same role at Barcelona.
Calvo spent time in Italy with Juventus in the same role before moving to Spain. The new comes just days after Roma played Barcelona in the International Champions Cup and the Italian side deleted the winger's name from Barca's line-up as the Serie A side's Twitter account continues having plenty of fun with the fallout from Malcom's move.
Jim Pallotta, president of Roma, has taken advantage of the addition of Calvo to make another demand from Barcelona. "This changes nothing," he said. "We still want Messi!"
