Real Madrid have reported Inter Milan for making an unauthorised approach to midfielder Luka Modric, according to Spanish radio station Cadena SER.
Angry Real chief reportedly takes action against Inter
SER says Real president Florentino Pérez is fuming with Inter for making contact with Modric without the LaLiga giants' permission, and - despite the clubs' otherwise good relationship - has opted to take action against the Nerazzurri.
Modric has in recent weeks been heavily tipped to join the Serie A club, who have until 20:00 CEST tonight to make signings before Italy's transfer window closes.

Butragueño: Modric going nowhere
However, all the indications are that the Croatia captain is to sign a new, improved contract to remain at the Bernabéu, with Real director Emilio Butragueño declaring on Wednesday: "There is no issue with Modric.
