Europa League 2018/19 draw: live online

Rangers a new team under Steven Gerrard. They're sitting third in the Scottish Premier League with Celtic in second having already dropped points to Heart of Midlothian.

And here's a stat for you from UEFA: "Rangers lost on away goals to Villarreal in the 2005/06 UEFA Champions League round of 16 (2-2 home, 1-1 away). They beat Rapid Wien home (1-0) and away (2-0) in the 1964/65 European Cup first round"

Here's a look at the groups in a more visually-appealing style:

Sevilla will be happy enough with their draw but Villarreal and Real Betis drawn in quite tough groups.

Here was the points system at work for Griezmann's player of the year award:

1 Antoine Griezmann (Atlético) – 388 points 2 Dimitri Payet (Marseille) – 103 points  3 Diego Godín (Atlético) – 84 points  4 Jan Oblak (Atlético) – 43 points 5 Ciro Immobile (Lazio) – 26 points 6= Aritz Aduriz (Athletic) – 16 points 6= Koke (Atlético) – 16 points 8= Luiz Gustavo (Marseille) – 10 points 8= Florian Thauvin (Marseille) – 10 points 10 Sergej Milinković-Savić (Lazio) – 8 points

4 pots, 12 teams. 48 teams. We are just getting a run down of the draw and how it will work. We have a new system this year.

Hernan Crespo with the classic salt and pepper look, and looking fresh it must be said, on the stage now for a chat. He'll be another former player picking out balls from posts later.

A nice reference to Game of Thrones there as Aron Winter comes on the stage. "Winter Is Coming," they say. He's currently on stage chatting.

And also, one of the most important things to know about the draw:

Antoine Griezmann has been award the Player of the Year for last year's competition.

Hello and welcome to our coverage of the Europa League group stage draw with Chelsea and Arsenal involved along with a trio from LaLiga including Andalusian duo Real Betis and Sevilla.
