Solari's defensive crisis: Carvajal not available for Valladolid
Solari oversaw his first training session before a league game on Friday at Valdebebas with Marcelo, Varane and Mariano all absent along with Vallejo and Carvajal.
Santiago Solari will have to make do without Dani Carvajal for the visit of Valladolid on Saturday afrernoon. The new Real Madrid manager is also without Marcelo, Varane, Vallejo and Mariano with the Castilla defender Javi Sánchez stepping in to fill the void for at the back.
It will be a first team defense, however, that takes to the field at the Bernabeu to take on high-flying Valladolid at the weekend. It looks like it will be Odriozola, who improved his reputation against Melilla on Wednesday, along with Reguilón on the wings with Nacho and Ramos as the duo in the middle. Sánchez will be on the bench.
Despite the injuries at the back, Mariano is out after his cameo ended in injury at the Camp Nou. To complete the session at Valdebebas on Friday, Solari called on Victor Chust, and goalkeeper Altube, who rotated with Casilla, Courtois and Navas during the session.
