FC Barcelona confirmed the loan signing of Valencia defender Jeison Murillo and the player explained how he knew he'd play for 'the best club in the world'.
Jeison Murillo was beeming upon his arrival at FC Barcelona following the news that he had moved to the Catalan club from Valencia on loan for rest of the season. And his confidence of things going well were clear when he spoke first to Barça TV:
Murillo: 'fast and intelligent'
"There is a lot of emotion, I'm very happy. Now all that remains is to work, do everything as best I can and demonstrate why I am here."
The Colombian player added:
"A few years ago I was at Las Palmas and I came here [to the Camp Nou] and I told someone that I would return and wear the home shirt. Today I have fulfilled that dream. I hope to help the team and to be available for the coaching staff, and enjoy being at the best club in the world.
"I am so happy and I hope that everything goes well. I am a fast and intelligent player, with good feet and aggression."
