Vinicius takes a massive step towards recovery
The Brazilian is nursing ankle ligament damage and stepped on the field for the first time since the Ajax game as he looks to play by the end of April.
Vinicius is on the comeback trail. On Thursday, he took an important step in his recovery. For the first time since tearing his ankle ligaments against Ajax, he took to the field in an effort to return as soon as possible.
The Brazilian is working hard to be back in contention for a place in Zidane's squad by the end of April. He is keen to convince the new Real Madrid manager of his credentials heading into the new season and he also wants to prove to Tite that he is worth a place in the Brazil squad for the Copa America.
New physio helping Vinicius recovery
He has signed former Santos physio, Thiago Lobo, to guide him through the recovery process and to help with his pyhsical preparedness after getting approval from the club to incorporate the Brazilian into his inner circle.
Carvajal returned with the group finished the first part of the session but worked on his own for the remainder. Courtois continued his recovery process and Marcos Llorente worked in the gym.
