Details about Arjen Robben's future are starting to emerge and while the Dutch winger, who is due to leave Bayern Munich winger at the end of the season, was tipped to a move to Major League Soccer, that might not be the case anymore.

All bets were on a move to MLS for Robben, however, Japanese media now states that the former Real Madrid player is en route to Japan to join Andrés Iniesta and David Villa in J1 League.

Earlier this season, FC Tokyo stated they had no specific interest in signing Robben. That prompted the player to turn his attention turn to the American league, but reports now are shifting in favour of a move to Asian again.
