Zlatan Ibrahimovic once again was involved in another confrontation, this time with NYCFC goalkeeper, Sean Johnson during match-day 11 of the current MLS season and once again the Swedish Lion has become the post-game talking point with the focus not on his on-field performance.

The incident shows the LA Galaxy captain with his right hand around Johnson's neck after the goalie bumped into him, during the final minutes of the game.

The lead up to the situation started when a Zlatan struck the New York crossbar. As the ball bounced back into play, the NYC goalie, Johnson collides with the Galaxy star, who turned around to confront the 'keeper, leading to an odd tangle of bodies with Johnson grabbing Ibra's neck and face while on the ground. Both players eventually received yellow cards for unsporting behavior.

The New York goalie spoke to the media about the tangle with the LA Galaxy striker offering viewers to make their own minds upon watching footage of the incident.

"I think in any moment, anybody is up for the challenge, including myself, and you know, Zlatan is a talented player, he knows what he is doing, he is a clever boy, and you know, it is a part of the game."

New York City FC went home with three points and a decisive win over the LA squad, leaving Zlatan without being able to add a new goal to his nine goals account fo far this season.
