The President of Napoli says he has some good news for Napoli on Monday and also spoke about his very strong relationship with Carlo Ancelotti.
Napoli want to start spreading good news before we get too deep into the summer and the president, Aurelio De Laurentiis, has promised one on Monday. In an interview with Sky, the Napoli director, was ambiguous about what that news might be but assured fans of the Serie A side that it was in the works.
"If we find the right forward, we will make a sacrifice. The return of Quagiarella will be a matter of love and affection for a Neapolitano who left for reasons we know," he said. "On Monday, I will give you good news for this summer."
De Laurentiis was not so ambiguous when it came to Carlo Ancelotti. "I am faithfull, you already know that. If you find a manager you love, you'd give you keep him for life because it makes everything more easy. Up to now, Ancelotti has shown himself to be an exemplary travel partner, an elegany person, cultured and friendly. I can speak about everything with him, not just football. We share many of the same values. The first year served to breathe in the Italian climate which he had lost a while ago. After that, he had to understand his players and evaluate them. During the summer, we will have to work well and find a striker."
Napoli have been linked with James Rodríguez, who is set to leave Bayern Munich. Ancelotti and the Colombian had a strong relationship at Real Madrid and they could be set to team up again in Italy.
