Inter Miami CF is moving forward in their quest for a permanent home stadium, with the Beckham Group submitting a proposal to the city of Miami for the Freedom Park project.

Said proposal includes a tech hub, hotel, entertainment district, 58-acre public park with playing fields and green space beside other features centered on a cutting-edge venue for the new MLS franchise.

Miami Freedom Park will be one of the most ambitious soccer venues in North American history as shown on the project plans released by the club. David Beckham co-owner Jorge Mas issued a statement related to the Freedom Park project.

"We look forward to working with the City of Miami to finalize the voter-approved, fair-market-value lease agreement that provides residents with an expansive public park, 11,000 construction jobs, 2,300 permanent jobs and more than $40 million in tax revenue while using zero City taxpayer dollars."

The stadium will include its now signature pink shade in the roof, in a high-tech venue that makes the new Beckham's MLS team home closer than ever.

Beckham Group is also constructing a smaller facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida which will serve as the first home field of Inter Miami which will debut in the 2020 MLS season, a venue that will be home for their youth academy.
