Las Vegas to welcome Leagues Cup final match
Las Vegas, Nevada, will host the final match of the new MLS vs Liga MX tournament next September 18, where the last two teams standing will face off.

The Leagues Cup is the new annual soccer tournament where the MLS and Liga MX will face each other, with both leagues being represented by four clubs in an eight-team single-elimination competition.
LA Galaxy, Chicago Fire, Real Salt Lake, and Houston Dynamo are the teams from Major League Soccer, while Club America, Tigres, Cruz Azul, and Xolos are the clubs from the Mexican league.
The rules for the tournament have already been announced, highlighting VAR presence and no extra time, just direct penalties in case the games end tied after 90 minutes. Dates for the quarter-finals stage are confirmed for July 23rd and 24th.
