Mexico in search of new star in United States

The Mexican national team went to Ontario, California, to observe young Mexican-American players that could be taken into account for the different El Tri categories.

Youth categories are the future of football, and the Mexican national team knows it, and that's why Ontario, California was the stage for El Tri's latest Visor Camp, where 18 players of the 2004 category were observed.

From September 26 to September 30, the 2004 category Visor Camp took place at California, where the Coordinator Jorge Tello, alongside Miguel Ángel Razo, Ricardo Enriquez, Luis Sixtos among others observed the 18 players who attended the camp.

This Visor Camp had the purpose of identifying the best Mexican-American players that can be taken into account for the young categories of the Mexican national team, in order to follow their progress and development to nurture and strengthen the different groups of El Tri.

The Visor Camp was divided into four different phases: talent identification, talent selection, training, and talent development. The players who attended camp were from LA Breakers FC, Chicago Fire, S.V.S.A, Barza Academy, La Morinda FC, SWAPO, SC Breakers, South Valley Chivas, Goldenstate DC, Real Salt Lake, Pachuca, San Juan Club and Pateadores.
