Odegaard: "I think we deserved all three points against Spain"
The Norwegian midfielder had mixed feelings after his nation's late equaliser against Spain, feeling that they deserved all three points.
Norwegian midfielder Martin Odegaard was disappointed by his team's draw against Spain in the Euro 2020 qualifier played on Saturday in Oslo, believing that they deserved the victory.

"I am a little upset about not winning, although there have been other matches that have bothered me more," began the Real Madrid man, currently on loan at Real Sociedad, when speaking to Norwegian channel TV2 at the end of the match.
"It is a great result, but I think we deserved all three points."

Odegaard, however, did put a lot of value in the result and the performance of his national team, one that he believes has proven it can compete at the highest level.
"We have to continue like this. We have shown that we can compete with the best.
"And when Spain start wasting time and making defensive changes, it is because we are doing something right," he said, before stating that he could see the frustration in his opposition players.

On a personal level it was another good performance for the young star, who many Madridistas would like to see continue in his development before returning the finished article to the Santiago Bernabéu.
