Jacob Kiplomo led the 95th San Silvestre de Sao Paulo Road Race on Tuesday in Brazil from pretty much start to finish, but as he reached the finish line and started celebrating he was stunned to see Kibiwott Kandie produce a stunning burst of pace to catch up and take the win by mere centimetres.
