The coronavirus pandemic has put sport around the world on hold and many professional athletes have been forced to train at home due to the quarantine. In Mexico, the league was postponed after the end of week 10 and since then the players have not been training together to prevent the virus from spreading.

Many of the soccer players have used their social media accounts to show how they stay in shape while they are at home and this includes Renato Ibarra. The Ecuadorian used his Instagram account to show his followers how is he keeping in shape at America’s facilities by himself in the hope that a team decides to offer him a new contract after his domestic violence case that was dropped a few days ago.

However, Ibarra still has to clear all of his charges before a team can pick him up for the rest of the Clausura 2020. Meanwhile, Miguel Herrera is waiting to hear back from his bosses to see what they decided to do with Renato Ibarra who has a contract with the team.
