For the last few days, Premier League football stars have swapped their polished boots for a shiny games controller as they bid to take their club to glory in the ePremier League Invitational.

The tournament pits the FIFA 20 skills of one player, or other representative, of clubs across the English top flight, and we are now on the verge of the semi-finals. With just a ‘virtual’ 90 minutes separating them from the grand final, the four players remaining are Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold, Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling, Dwight McNeil for Burnley and Wolves’ Diogo Jota.

How can I watch the ePremier League Invitational?

The games are being streamed live on various platforms. The Premier League’s official app (familiar to those who get involved in their Fantasy Football game through the season) will show the games as will social media sites YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. You can also find a stream of the game on AS English from about half an hour before kick-off.

After Sterling’s quarter-final win over Everton’s Andre Gomes, the English winger was adamant that he would not be losing to his compatriot. One of the great aspects of this format is that you can see the players' reactions throughout the games, along with some insightful, if at times surreal, commentary.
