Beckham didn't want any other car in Madrid

Even those who never watched a minute of football knew about the lives of Beckham and his wife Victoria. No matter what it was Beckham was buying, people wanted to know all about it: houses, holidays, luxurious gifts and vintage cars.

One of those cars has been in the headlines in the last couple of days. And it is the car that marked his era at the club. It was an Aston Martin V8 and the one that he bought to mark his new life in the Spanish capital after his move from Manchester United.

Vanity plate made Beckham's Aston Martin stand out

There were only 78 of the same cars in the whole world and for 15 years, one of them belonged to David Beckham. The English midfielder did not try to hide from the paparazzi and with his Aston Martin, it made it almost impossible to miss him. The license plate read: DB1001.

Recently, it went up for sale for €485,000. It's not because Beckham needs the money. He already sold it in 2018 but AutoTrader have put up an ad selling the car again and it could be yours for just under half a million euros. And it still has the same license plate.

His spokesman, Rory Reid, said that Beckham has an arrays of cars from Bentleys to Rolls Royce and the Aston Martin. Reid says it doesn't surprise him that the car has survived for so long.
