Aspire, the academy of sporting excellence, will stage a virtual, worldwide summit this week, entitled, “Aspire Academy Global Summit on Football Performance and Science” which will virtually bring together football experts from all over the world in Doha on 5 November. The 2020 summit will be the first to be conducted remotely due to the effects of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The event will feature a quartet of selected experts from around the globe and from different sports, selected by Aspire. Topics to be covered will be centred on real-world experiences by people from different fields, who will recount their own stories and expertise with the hope of introducing new concepts and enhancing experiences in each of the given fields.
Apart from experts from representatives from 50 of the world’s top clubs and football federations, others who will be taking part in the virtual summit will include local participants from the Aspire Academy, Aspetar, Qatar Stars League coaching staff and technical staff from Qatar’s national football teams.
