England, Uganda and Nigeria vying for Arsenal wonderkid
The Arsenal Academy's 17-year-old goalkeeper Ovie Ejeheri, who is eligible to play for all three countries, has drawn attention recently with his impressive form.
Arsenal U18 goalkeeper Ovie Ejeheri has shown great potential recently with England, Uganda and Nigeria all interested in securing the services of the youngster, who is eligible for playing for any of the three national teams.
The Hale End academy graduate, who was born in England to a Nigerian father and a Ugandan mother, has also been a target of many premier league clubs, while the English FA has called the highly-rated young shot-stopper to join their squad for England’s December training camp for goalkeepers.

Ovie is targeting a spot in the U20 Worldcup squad:
Ejeheri believes that participating in December's camp would be a great opportunity for him to demonstrate what he is capable of, which may lead to him being called up to join England's squad for the 2021 FIFA U20 World Cup.
“I feel it’s a very good opportunity for me to showcase my talent and put myself in the mix. I've been working hard at Arsenal for over a decade. I'm happy that the work I've been putting in is being noticed by the English FA and coaching staff,” the youngster told Goal.
“My goal in the next three years is to play regular first-team football at club level and represent England or Nigeria at the international level."
A battle is set to ensue in the coming months between the three Football Associations over the young goalkeeper, with each one hoping they can convince him to join their ranks.
