Certain areas of the UK have been allowed to permit 2,000 supporters to attend football games after new guidelines established by the UK government.

Update:
Klopp, Mourinho and Arteta share their views on the return of fans to Premier League games

With the recent nationwide lockdown in England coming to an end at midnight on 2 December, a new government ruling saw clubs in tier one of the new restrictions can have up to 4,000 fans attend matches, with up to 2,000 allowed at games in tier-two areas. With no EFL or Premier League clubs located in tier one, 2,000 fans will be in attendance at Premier League ties.

Speaking ahead of the Sunday night game vs Wolves, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klppp said: "As a player I played very often in front of 2,000 people, they were not always in the best mood, to be honest! 2,000 people can create a bad mood, I remember that very well.

“After that long break, I think our fans will be in the best possible shape. As we’ve always said, when you go to Anfield it is not important how many [of] you there are, it’s all about how big your influence will be.
