Pope Francis will lead Good Friday celebrations at the Vatican as the Catholic Church continues its programme of Easter 2021 events.

The Celebration of the Passion of the Lord will be held at the Altar of the Chair in St Peter's Basilica at 18:00 CEST with The Way of the Cross taking place later in St Peter's Square at approximately 21:00 CEST.
