How to watch all games of NFL 2021/2022 season?

With NFL having spread its right across multiple networks, watching all the NFL games can be a bit tricky... Scroll down for a guide on how to watch this year's NFL season.

Update:
Greg Ward #84 of the Philadelphia Eagles makes a fourth quarter touchdown catch between Damontae Kazee #18 and Jourdan Lewis #26 of the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium on September 27, 2021 in Arlington, Texas.

NFL US fans have a lot to remember when it comes to knowing which channel is airing which games. The problem is NFL has split its rights across a multiple of diifferent networks including NBC, Fox, CBS, ESPN, NFL Network, NFL Redzone and Amazon Prime Video, therefore, knowing where the game you want to watch is being aired could be a bit tricky.

In order to watch all of the games each week, you will need to use five different TV networks:   CBS, Fox, NBC, ESPN, and NFL Network.

How to watch on TV?

If you want to see all of your favorite teams' games you'll need five networks as mentioned above. Games broadcast nationwide will air on NBC (Sunday Night Football), NFL Network (Thursday Night Football) and ESPN (Monday Night Football).

However, for those which aren't broadcast nationally, it will most-likely vary depending on your region. If you want to see the games of a team in your region you will need your local CBS and Fox channel to see all their games, apart from ESPN, NBC, and NFL Network for the national ones.

If you want to watch the games from a team which is out of your region, the best option is to use NFL Game Pass.

The NFL Game Pass is an over-the-top internet service which is available for $99 per season and allows you to watch all 276 games without commercials after it finished airing live on a maximum of five devices at the same time.

Live Stream

FuboTV

If you don't have cable or you'd rather live stream all the games the best option I reccomend for those fans who want to watch all regional and national games is fuboTV. FuboTV is one of the few streaming services that offers coverage of all national games including Thursday night football as well as all of local and regional games for every TV market. Moreover, they offer a 7-day free trial and then charge their users $65 per month.

Orange/SlingTV

Another option to stream the games is a cable replacement such as Orange or Sling TV. Sling's package allows you to watch the games aired on NBC, Fox and NFL Network, whereas Orange will give you access to ESPN. Both options will charge $10 for new suscribers' first month, instead of the regular $35, to be charged afterwards.

However, if you want to watch NBC, Fox and NFL Network and ESPN all in one, Sling and TV have come together to create a combined package of $50 a month, which covers more than 270 games.

Hulu LiveTV

Hulu provides access to nearly all TV market games in the country (CBS, Fox) as well as all national games broadcasted Monday, Thursday and Sunday on NBC, NFL Network and ESPN.

The service offers a free week trial and after that charges their users $64.99 every month.

Youtube TV

In the same way as Hulu, Youtube offers access to CBS, Fox, ESPN, NFL Network and NBC, in addition to the regional games that take place on Sunday afternoons. Youtube TV costs $64.99 per month.

Amazon Prime Video

Finally, Amazon Prime Video offers 15 Thursday Night Football games across the 2021/2022 season. It is not much, but for those who also like to watch a catalogue of series it's possibly a good value option. You can try Amazon through its 30-day free trial, with a cost of $13 a month afterwards. Obviously you need an Amazon Prime account to begin with.

How to watch NFL for free?

With a regular antenna you can access all of the local games on Fox and CBS, apart from Sunday Night Football which airs on NBC and most of the Thursday night games on Fox with the exception of weeks 2,3 and 4, which will exclusively air on NFL Network.

That means the only games you would miss are the ones broadcast on ESPN on Monday nights and the three Thursday games mentioned above.

Travelling away from your home country?

If you are travelling away from your country and want to watch the NFL, you are probably freaking out because a block message have popped up preventing you from accesing your regular services.

The reason behind that message is that some services are just available in certain areas and your IP automatic geolocation may be setting your location away from your standard territory country.

It may be possible to work around such blocks, using a VPN for example to access the services. Please be aware that the terms and conditions of the contrat may mean you are not allowed to do so. Please check the small print before attempting to get round geo-block restrictions.
