Edgar Barrera leads the nominees, with nine nods. The songwriter and producer, who has been the mastermind behind various international hits, is followed by Karol G and Bad Bunny, with eight each.
For this year’s edition of the Latin Grammys, two new award categories have been added: Best Latin Electronic Music Performance and Best Contemporary Mexican Music Album.

The 2024 Latin Grammy Awards will take place on Thursday November 14, 2024, at Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida. The gala is scheduled to begin at 8:00 p.m. ET / 7:00 p.m. CT / 5:00 p.m. PT, and viewers in the United States can watch live on Univision, Galavisión and ViX.
