The model formerly known as Blac Chyna is embracing her natural beauty and swearing off any more cosmetic surgeries.

The former reality star, who reclaimed her birth name Angela White, has been making headlines lately for speaking out about her history with cosmetic enhancements.

After announcing her baptism, which she had last year on her 34th birthday, the star has been documenting her self-proclaimed spiritual journey on Instagram since.

Most recently, White appeared on an episode of ‘The Tamron Hall Show’ where she swore off plastic surgery and talked to the audience about her journey.

“I’m done with it y’all. No more,” White, 34, stated.

The reasoning behind the procedures

Hall asked the model why she initially chose to have cosmetic work performed.

“Insecurities and, honestly, what was kind of in at that moment,” said White.

“Being in the industry, you want to have this image of yourself to look perfect. And there’s no such thing as that. There’s no such thing.

“I was an exotic dancer for six years, from the ages of 18 to 24 years old. And being inside the strip club or the gentleman’s club ... I’m looking at the [other] women, I’m looking at myself like, ‘Okay, that’s not it. This is not gonna make the money. This is not gonna do it.’

“So I felt the pressures of trying to hurry up and build my body when I should’ve just waited until I was older.”

She continued to explain her reasoning: “At 19, 18 years old, your body’s not developed. In my mindset, I wasn’t thinking about that, and nobody was telling me, you know, right from wrong.

“It was the golden ticket. I was not worried about [the health risks] at all.”

Health complications

Earlier this month, White also spoke to Access Hollywood about the complications she experienced from her previous risky procedures. She specifically spoke about the illegal injections she received at just 19 years old.

“This is a regular person that’s doing it,” she explained. “They’re giving whatever substance that they’re doing and giving it to you. They’re not gonna tell you, ‘Hey, you know, you could possibly die’.

“My rear end would get super inflamed and it would get really really hard and really hot. It was very scary.”

Removal of silicone

She eventually had to have a licensed plastic surgeon remove all the silicone from her butt, which took eight hours. White emphasized she was lucky she didn’t experience any severe side effects.

“The physical dangers of getting illegal fillers are many,” White’s plastic surgeon Dr. David Matlock explained. “You can have infections, abscesses, sepsis— sepsis patients can die from that.”

White also shared with the outlet that she lost over 10 lbs after all of the silicone was removed from her butt.

“You know how many CCs [cubic centimeters] I took out? 1,250 CCs,” she said. “A 2-liter Coke bottle all in my booty.”

Now the reality star has assured that she is forever done with procedures. She went on to describe how she feels when she looks in the mirror.

“I see beauty. I see wisdom. I see myself,” she exclaimed.
