Are Taylor Swift and Matty Healy working on music together?
The musicians were pictured leaving the Electric Lady Studios in New York City on Monday evening.
Beyond sparking romance rumors, it seems pop superstar Taylor Swift and The 1975 frontman Matty Healy are sparking collaboration rumors as well. Just Monday night this week, the two musicians were seen leaving a recording studio in Greenwich Village in NYC together.
Swift appears to be spending her nights off from her highly anticipated ‘Eras Tour’ in the big city as spottings of the ‘Lavender Haze’ singer in New York City grow more frequent since her split from longtime boyfriend Joe Alwyn earlier this year.
Leaving a recording studio together
Despite the breakup, Taylor Swift and Matty Healy are continuing to spend time together in New York City. Amid rumors of a new romance, the musicians were pictured leaving the Electric Lady Studios in Greenwich Village on Monday evening.
Swift wore a smile as she exited the studios wearing a purple NYU sweater, black mini skirt, and beige sneakers, while The 1975 musician, dressed casually in a black sweater and pants as he appeared to place a hand on Swift’s back.
The musicians were joined at the New York City recording studio gathering by several other celebrities including Kendrick Lamar, Florence Welch, actress Margaret Qualley and her fiancé Jack Antonoff, who is one of Swift’s longtime collaborators.
A possible recording studio party
Fans gathered outside the venue said they also spotted Maggie Rogers, Channing Tatum, and girlfriend Zoë Kravitz in the area on Monday night, as well as Gracie Abrams, who is one of Swift’s several opening acts for the Eras Tours.
This outing isn’t the first time Swift was spotted with Matty Healy in the city. The rumored couple was spotted dining with Swift’s longtime collaborator producer Jack Antonoff and his fiancée Margaret Qualley just last week.
Swift and Healy were spotted dining at Casa Cipriani, the same upscale Italian restaurant that Swift was spotted at with Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds in late April.
The hotel and club is actually a private members-only establishment and bans all photography and videography. According to an inside source, after photos of the rumored couple dining went viral, Casa Cipriani revoked and banned at least three members.
