Ariana Madix addresses fallout from Tom Sandoval’s affair

Ariana Madix has revealed who she feels is to blame for her now ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval’s affair with Raquel Leviss.

Madix had been in a relationship with Sandoval for nine years before they announced their break up in March, after it was revealed Sandoval had been having an affair with Leviss.

During Thursday’s episode of ‘Today with Hoda & Jenna’, Madix spoke about the fallout from the affair, and made it known she blames Tom for what happened.

“I place more of the blame on him because he was the one in the relationship, even though she was my very close friend,” Madix said.

“I do think that ultimately it is the responsibility of the person in the relationship to set those boundaries.”

Although Madix placed more of the blame on Sandoval, she also isn’t willing to reconcile her friendship with Leviss either.

“I don’t. I really don’t. I just don’t trust that person,” she said. ”And I think, you can hear my ex on the show last night saying, ‘I know it’s hard for Ariana to trust people.’

“And it has been for many years and it took me a long time to get to the point where I could trust new friends. But I think that once that trust is broken, I don’t see going back.”

Although the situation has played out in the public eye, Madix added that she is over being angry about the ordeal.

“I think my way of getting past the anger stage was just I became so disgusted, which then turned me into a place of indifference. ... Apathy,” she said.

“And I don’t know if that’s just my brain tiny to protect myself in a way, but that’s where I am at this moment.”

Madix and Sandoval still live in the same home

Madix appeared on ‘Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen’ following the Season 10 finale of ‘Vanderpump Rules’ on Wednesday.

During her appearance, she revealed she and Sandoval still live together despite the affair, though they don’t actually interact.

“We have go-betweens,” said Madix, adding that one of her best friends and one of Sandoval’s assistants remain in contact so that they don’t have to interact.

The former couple bought their $2 million farmhouse in Valley Village, California back in 2019.

Madix added that she would like to sell the home and get some money for it, but it doesn’t appear the pair have started on that process just yet.
