Ariana Madix finally leaves shared home with Tom Sandoval

Months after Tom Sandoval’s affair with co-star Raquel Leviss came to light, Ariana Madix has finally moved out of the house she shared with her ex.

The 37-year-old was spotted in the driveway of the Valley Village, California farmhouse packing several boxes and luggage into U-Haul as per pictures obtained by Page Six.

After putting some of the items in the truck herself, Madix then got into a nearby vehicle and drove off. She was later spotted with the same U-Haul truck moving into a new home 15 minutes away.

“Ariana is relieved to get out of that house,” a source told the outlet.

“She is ready to begin a new chapter.”

She made sure to let her Instagram followers know about the exit as well, posting a celebratory story on her Instagram account.

“Ready to dip out,” she captioned the post as she gave fans a look at the boxes behind her.

Madix and Sandoval lived together despite the split

Madix and Sandoval bought the property back in 2019 for $2 million.

Her decision to finally leave comes nearly three months after Sandoval’s affair with Leviss made headlines.

She learned of the affair on March 1 when she saw a sexually explicit video of Leviss on Sandoval’s phone.

“I found a screen recording of them on FaceTime. It was literally from the night before,” she told her castmates on the Season 10 finale of ‘Pump Rules’.

Although Sandoval and Leviss have since broken up, Madix doesn’t believe things are definitively over between the two.

“I don’t buy that at all. She was sending letters to my house like four days ago,” she told Andy Cohen on ‘Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen’.

“I just brought in the mail, saw it, put it on the table and walked away.”

Madix also made it clear she hopes to sell the property in the near future.

“My plan is to sell the house,” she stated, while adding that her and Sandoval lived in the home together since their split.

“I want my money out of that house as quickly as possible,” she added. “And I want to move on.”
