Billboard Latin Music Awards 2023: complete list of all winners
Meet the winners of the 2023 Billboard Latin Music Awards. Here is the list of artists and songs awarded this year.
On Thursday 5 October, the 2023 Latin Billboard Music Awards took place at the Watsco Center in Coral Gables, Florida. In this edition, the Mexican regional music singer Peso Pluma led the list of nominees with 21 mentions, including Artist of the Year, Composer of the Year, Global 200 Latin Artist of the Year, and Top Latin Album of the Year.
Bad Bunny and Grupo Frontera were the second most nominated artists, with 15 mentions each. Meanwhile, Karol G and Shakira were the most nominated women, with 13 and 12 nominations, respectively. The music group, Fuerza Regida, also received 12 mentions.
All the Billboard Latin Music Awards 2023 winners
The 2023 Latin Billboard Music Awards saw awards presented in 48 categories across various genres, including Latin Pop, Tropical, Latin Rhythm, and Regional Mexicano. Peso Pluma and Bad Bunny emerged as the biggest winners of the night.
Special awards were also presented, such as the Billboard Spirit of Hope Award, the Billboard Career Achievement Award, and the Billboard Icon Award.
The iconic Mexican cumbia group, Los Ángeles Azules, was honored tonight with the Billboard Career Achievement Award. In contrast, the queen of reggaetón, Ivy Queen, received the Billboard Icon Award. The last special award went to the Colombian singer and songwriter Karol G, who was recognized with the Billboard Spirit of Hope Award.
