After last weekend’s Golden Globes , Hollywood’s awards season is officially underway. Now, attention turns to the next big event: the Critics’ Choice Awards , a ceremony organised by the American-Canadian Critics’ Choice Association.
When and where are 29th Critics’ Choice Awards? The television and film awards gala will take place on Sunday 14 January at the Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, California. Scheduled to get underway at 7pm ET/4pm PT, it will be hosted by the actor and comedian Chelsea Handler.
As at the Golden Globes, the blockbuster movie Barbie leads the nominations, having earned a whopping 18 Critics’ Choice nods . In TV, meanwhile, Succession and The Morning Show have picked up the most nominations, with six each.
