Bad Bunny wowed the audience during his Coachella performance on Friday, with a two-hour set covering the entirety of his career.

During a transition segment of the show where the screen showed a series of tweets, fans noticed one tweet that seemed to be making a dig at Harry Styles.

“goodnight benito could do as it was but harry could never do el apagon,” the tweet read right before Bad Bunny performed the fan favorite song, ‘El Apagón’.

Fans react to the diss

Fans reacted by sharing screenshots of the screen from the live broadcast of the show via Coachella’s YouTube channel.

The tweet appears to insinuate that Bad Bunny’s musical talent far exceeds Harry Styles and that while he is able to cover and write a song of any genre, Styles wouldn’t be able to do the same.

Some fans are pointing out that Bad Bunny is a fan of Styles, and that he even attended a concert of his in Los Angeles in January.

Bad Bunny and Harry Styles go head-to-head for awards

At the 2023 Grammy Awards, both Bad Bunny and Styles were nominated for Album of the Year, with Styles winning the award for ‘Harry’s House’.

This year, Bad Bunny became the first Latino to win the 2022 IFPI Global Album Award, after his album ‘Un Verano Sin Ti’ spent 13 non-consecutive weeks at the top of the Billboard 200 chart. ‘Harry’s House’ came in at third place on the IFPI Global Album chart, after Taylor Swift’s ‘Midnights’.

But Styles won the 2022 IFPI’s Global Single Award for ‘As It Was’, with Bad Bunny’s ‘Me Porto Bonito’ landing at number nine on the IFPI Global Singles chart.
