Drake is getting ready for this year’s biggest football game in his usual way, placing a number of expensive large stake bets on the 2023 Super Bowl.

The rapper revealed his several bets on the annual Super Bowl game on Instagram Thursday night. So far, the rapper placed seven bets on the Kansas City Chiefs vs Philadelphia Eagles game.
Drake’s seven bets total in at almost $1 million dollars - $965,000 to be exact. If he wins every bet he could make a total of $3.57 million off one game.
In the Instagram post, the ‘Hotline Bling’ rapper, posted seven screenshots of his bets on the app Stake. Captioning the post, “My psychotic bets for Sunday are in @stake pls do not analyze the logic behind these bets there is none”
A breakdown of Drake’s bets
Although placing several smaller bets, Drake’s most expensive bet is $700,000 on the Chiefs to win the 2023 Super Bowl.
His smaller bets, at $50,000 each are on Patrick Mahomes and Juju Smith-Schuster scoring the first Chiefs touchdown.
He also bet $50,000 on the Chiefs scoring in both halves of the game and $30,000 that the team would win each of the four quarters.
Even further, Drake also bet $25,000 that Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce would be the game’s MVP. Also betting $60,000 on that the MVP award would go to a tight end, which has yet to happen in all of Super Bowl history.
Drake’s sports betting history
Drake has been turning sports gambling into a prominent hobby of his. In January, Drake took home $2 million after a $1 million bet that the Chiefs would defeat Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC championships.
In 2022, Drake took home around $1.26 million on his various Super Bowl bets. Similar to this year, he bets several different smaller bets with a huge chunk of change on the winning team.
For Super Bowl LVI, Drake bet around $472,000 bet on the Los Angeles Rams winning, with over $393,000 on Odell Beckahm Jr. scoring at least one touchdown.
The rapper doesn’t just bet on football, he’s also bet on the UFC, the NHL’s Stanley Cup, and various NBA games.
